Masonic Ladies Nights
Your Masonic Ladies Night will no doubt be one of the highlights of your Masonic social calendar. It is a celebration specifically for Freemason's ladies and their guests and tends to be organised by a Festival Secretary or the Master of the Lodge. Masonic Ladies Nights can be a huge task to organise. Some lodges choose to hold their ladies night locally and others make it more of an event and stay in a hotel for the weekend.
We have vast experience in all aspects of organising Masonic ladies nights and will work closely with you or the organiser to make sure that everyone present will have an evening to remember.

First time Organisers- Our experienced team will ask all the questions required to create an event brief and proposal for you. We will then be able to supply a list of all suitable venues. After liaising with the organiser chosen venues will receive a copy of the brief and provide us with relevant costs and provisionally hold the dates required for you

- Within our proposal we will supply details of other suppliers such as discos, photographers, toastmasters etc who are experienced in attending Masonic ladies nights
- We can also help with invitations, collection of fees and collation of responses
- One of our team will often meet up with you at your chosen venue to reassure you that you are in the safest of hands until your event is over
- We recognise the experience Festival Secretaries have and will work with you to assist in any way we can
- We do what we know best and find possible hotels for your weekend event so that you can choose which venue is most suitable
- We will make sure we get the very best deal at each venue
- We then leave the Festival Secretary to do what he or she does best and organise the finer points
- We are however available at any time should you need us
