How we can help with your Ladies Weekends
First time Organisers- One of our team will ask all the relevant questions required to create an event brief and proposal. We will then be able to supply a list of all suitable venues. After liaising with the organiser our shortlist of venues will receive a copy of the brief and provide Square Events Management with an initial proposal and provisionally hold your required dates
- If hosting a special function, we will discuss suitable menu choices and be able finalise details
- Within our proposal we will supply details of other suppliers such as discos, toastmasters, photographers etc who are all experienced in attending Ladies weekends.
- One of our Team will often meet up with you at your chosen venue and reassure you that you are in the safest of hands until your Ladies Weekend is over.
- We recognise the experience Festival Secretaries have in organising Ladies Weekends and work with you to meet your specific needs
- We have access to a wealth of hotels and venues and will present suitable ones that you will able to shortlist
- We will make sure we get the best possible deal at every hotel or venue
- We then leave the Festival Secretary to do what he or she does best and organise the finer points
- We will always be on hand to help should you need us
